Assassin’s Creed 2

For all we know, Ubisoft has been great in developing a action, stealthy game with killing moves that are out of this world. Well, their world is big with all of this games they have been producing, Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia, and so on. But Assassin’s Creed is a bit different, because like the first Title, assassin’s Creed is a big sandbox game like, Prototype. It’s got their very own world within a game, while converting real events into the scene. A suited game for a suited RPG genre may I add?

The game setting’s set on a renaissance era of Italy, Venice, Rome and other part of the places, not like in the first Title; it sets in the Arabian lands. We played as a man named Ezio Auditore da Firenze, which comes from a wealthy family. Have a brother, a sister, a loving mother, and unknowingly father as an assassin. Ezio is not an assassin, yet. But he’ll get there, with of course, a shocking event that turn him into an inexperience assassin.

But before all that happens, remember Desmond Miles? This is the original main character at the present world which was captured and become a test subject for a cooperation company. We know that Desmond would be killed after the evil dudes got what they want, but surprisingly, Lucy Stillman, the apprentice, help us escape as she is one of us, an assassin. She want to take us to the assassin’s lair in, umm, nowhere cause didn’t mention any except it’s in a big warehouse. After that, we met with the rest of the crew, a geek looking funny man named Shaun Hastings and an extreme exciting woman named Rebecca Crane that creates the Animus 2.0 (A machine that see memories of our ancestors; version 2). Which both in this game functions as a supportive character that helps us find the answer we’re searching for.

Crysis 2

Last month I post a review about the original Crysis, and I promised you about having to put a review on Crysis : Warhead also, but something came up and I had to skipped it to our newest series, Crysis 2, the continuity of the futuristic nanosuits technology. We know all about these nanosuits, am I right? We’ve played Crysis before and we had custom ourselves with the suit. Having to cloak ourselves around the Langshin island, jump high and then change our armor drastically into hard rock and anti bullet kind of thing. Crysis gives us only an option to choose the power we want, but Crysis 2 is a little bit different in the system. Not entirely, but I’ll give you the details later.
So, the world of Crysis 2 lies in the urban area of New York, like in the trailers, alien invasion has occurred, why, and what happens to the humans? Gone? Killed? These are the questions I’ve been hoping to find out, but when you started the game, a cutscene of several news pops up and trying to tell us something. It’s kind of havoc, but nice opening I may say. From what I gain from the cutscene is that the world was infected by some freaking dangerous virus that seriously deforming humans into something else, freakezoids? Well, I don’t know exactly at that time, and after the cutscene is finished, we ended up on FPS sight of a man named Alcatraz. Waking up without knowing anything about this guy Alcatraz and of course, everything around him, we cloud ourselves inside a USS submarine to be sent to the coast of New York to help our dying friends in the nanosuits regimen. To be made a story, the submarine was attacked by some big alien dropship and we panicking to stay alive, as of that many died and some survive. Thanks to a familiar face, Prophet, our captain in the first Crysis, help us and get us to safety, which in the side of things, he was infected, saying about ending a mission and give a hell of a fine suit to us. And after that he killed himself! And I was like ‘WTF’! He just given us this freaking damn huge mission to a marine like me? Well, before that Crytek had told us, an answer comes later. Lol

Dragon Age 2

First of all, I am really sorry for the delay, as of course I have promised you before that I would post the reviews last 3 weeks. But due to the busyness I had, (exams and what not), I had to skip the promise. Sorry again.

But enough of that, today I’m gonna write something about Dragon Age 2. We all have been waiting for this Title release and last month, Malaysia had been given a chance to have the opportunity to get me one of the copy. To say the least, thank you. Because I just got the most awesome game ever made in BioWare’s RPG franchise. The graphic detail, the user interfaces, the gameplay, man, I got owned!! All I can say is, it’s more fun and more blood.
